How can you loose weight in a week? In one week school starts again, and i even would take drastic measures by eating grose foods(no insects). But I would not startve myself, this is out of the question. And I will not run outside like crazy!!!!! Please somebody help me!!!!! I am already playing ddr for this week, on the hardest level!!! But I want to do more...so please help me, what should I eat?????salads????

give up eating bread, candies, chocolate, fat .
eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, anything you like. Mix them in crazy salads :)
Drink a lot of water, it helps you clean your body of toxins.
Every night do some abdomens, go with some friends and dance in a club, run in the park, go rollerskating, anything that makes you an active person.

i hve a beter option than tht 1 for sure.
early in the morning drink a glass of lemon juice {warm water, lemon} and no sugar for atleast a week. make sure tht you dont eat or drink b4 tht. u can eat after 2 hrs if u want.
dont take any drastic steps. coz it will give you temporary relief. and may be dangerous in the long run.
do yoga if you can. exercise. skipping, drink fruit juices.
and additional to tht
you can eat one banana 1hr b4 lunch and 1 hr b4 dinner. try this out

The best way is to drink water, eat oatmeal in the morning always eat breakfast, soup or protein drink at lunch, hard boiled egg, raw vegis, for dinner eat greens with chicken or tuna lowfat italian dressing, no creamy dressings and don't eat after 5:00 pm in no time you will lose.

short answer there is no fast safe way to lose weight. any weight lost on a crash diet is normally regained within a couple of months.
if you really think you need to lose weight then just eat healthy and exercise regularly.
and remeber you should be gaining weight as you are still growing. and will continue to grow in height until age around 21.
so unless you are classed as clinically obese stop worrying about losing weight. i guess you are female, and in your teens, so you will be gaining weight as your bust, hips and so butt grow to there predefined size. only once you reach adult hood and have stopped growing should you consider worrying about your weight.

The the cabbage soup diet (type it in)(with it you can loose up to 10 pounds a week or even more). and also try to eat only fruit and vegetables. Skim milk also.

you should run every day and then after do about 40 or 50 crunches. stay away from cheeseburgers and other unhealthy crap. drink water...ONLY water. eat fruit and vegetables and salads are good. with little...low fat dressing. plus---with this diet it will help with acne too....if you have any.
