It is not wrong in any way to masturbate to women you see passing by on the street, as long as you don't let them know about it and you are completely out of sight. Yes, it is wrong. It's a violation of a persons space and spirit to think of them sexually and fantasize about them without their consent. You should also not fantasize about people in relationships with others-even it's your ex.

Well, morally, I find something very wrong with doing that but... you're going to do it anyway so please don't let anyone find out (for instance, I'm glad I don't live in your neighborhood now). If the woman knew, she would likely view you as a sexual predator while in a way you are by using someone for this purpose without their knowledge. I would be afraid of you.

No. It doesn't hurt her, and it gives you pleasure. Plus no court can force you to pay her alimony afterwards.
