came from the refill tube. The refill tube is not pointed to the tube right below it like my 2nd toilet. If i put it back in the tube wud that solve the problem? Is the refill tube even suppose to shoot out so much water?

sounds like refill tube missing a clip to hold it in place. improvise clip. pressure will make tube jump out again. water valve on water line below tank can be turned down. tank will refill slower.

The little hose is supose to squirt into the down tube to refill the bowl.
If it didn't, poo would stick to the side of the bowl.

it should be in the tube and there should be a clip there to hold it in if not you should be able to buy one at your local hardware store.
