I can but I choose not to do it in public for fear of looking like a true dork.
U can't wink or whistle raingirl? That can be fixed right quick! First lesson begins right now: winking is just blinking with one eyelid instead of two. Just try it real quick with one eye. You may have to scrunch your face up at first and over-exaggerate the wink. n whistling just purse your lips in an "O" and blow air out or in. There. Now you have your homework assignment. Good luck!
