Why skeletal muscle have marmar appearance under the microscope (may be something related to the position of the nucleus)

Not the nucleus, the main reason are the bands of proteins forming the sarcomeres, the disposition of actin, myosin, tropoactin and tropomyosin, they arrange in a very specific sequence inside the muscular cells, acting as springs, thus giving the musle its elastic and contractile capacity.
