Usually what happens when you really try you don't get pregnant. It is when you stop trying you become pregnant.

If you are on the Pill or some kind of birth controll stop, now depending on your body will depend on long it will stay in your system. Remember everyone is different.

Your body never gets used to the changes so that is an interesting for a doctor of all people to say. First thing to do if you've never done it before is read up on all the different things that will happen to your body, from nausea to weight gain and to the changes in appetite to the kicking in of motherly instinct. Try to find a support group for expecting mothers in your area or even online... this is great for learning how different women handle all the changes they will go through and the changes in lifestyle that will take place once you are a mother. It's normal to be concerned that another miscarriage could take place but each pregnancy is absolutely different from the last so you have to treat it that way. Read up on what sort of things you eat that will promote good but not too much weight gain during pregnancy....

Start making a list (2 lists if you don't want to know the sex of the child before he/she is born) of the different things you would like to purchase for him/her....I know this sounds a little premature but my sister did this after having the same difficutlies that you had in the past and it helped her tremendously not focus on any possible sad outcomes. In any case I hope some of this helps,..... good luck.

I'm very sorry to hear about your miscarriage.

The best things to do is..

1) you and your partner should take folic acid (which is found in pre-natal vitamins
2) eat healthy and exercise
3) don't drink, smoke or do drugs
4) track your ovultation. If you have normal 28-30 day cycles, you will normally ovulate 14 days after the first day of your last period. Have intercourse on and around the 14th day.
5) You might think this is weird, but you could increase your chances of getting pregnant by laying on your back for at least 10 minutes after intercourse with your legs tucked up to your chest. I worked for me and other people I know...it helps your muscles relax and let nature happen.
6) Go to www.peeonastick.com It is a great site for fertility/ovulation information
7) RELAX. Don't pressure yourself about getting pregnant. The more you relax, the more likely it will be for you to get pregnant.

I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors!!

Taxis are regulated and occasional-value, a circulate from Changi airport to the centre of city would be approximately £15.00 i does not circulate to Sentosa, it fairly is a commercialised ripoff. circulate to the Botanical Gardens and/or Jurong chook Park for an day out and do your procuring on the Mustafa Centre in Little India. this is open 24/7 and has poundstretcher expenditures for Bond highway products, very very sturdy value. on your some time past you could sleepover on the Changi transit motel that's upstairs interior the activity loose side, you will no longer would desire to circulate with the aid of immigration. the climate is often 30C with ninety% humidity. First off I would really suggest you take 4 months off after the miscarraige before trying again, For one your body needs to get back to its pre-pregnancy state, Plus I had 2 miscarraiges in a 3 month period and it threw me into a terrible depression. Prepare yourself that it could possibly happen again (It usually doesn't) You should be taking Folic Acid, usually most dr's will suggest taking prenatal vitamins about 6 months before trying to get pregnant. Eating Healthier also helps for once you get pregnant. No alcohol or smoking.
Sorry about your loss. (((Hugs))) Good luck!

vitamins are key!!! you are actually more fertile after a misscarriage. I got pregnant 2 months later after my misscarriage. (with my 2nd) eat healthy and also make sure your guy is doing the same (eating healthy, avoiding alcohol and tobacco products witch decrease sperm count) and you two just enjoy life and don't stress about it. It will happen in time
