I need to monitor 3-4 camera in a single VGA monitor, is there a computer card (internal/external) that could do the job?

that would depend on how you are connecting them to your computer. USB, firewire, RCA ? different connetions will require a different solution. For example, if usb you could just buy a 4 port USB hub but RCA may require a switchbox.
