Input shaft seal. You can try a conditioner, but depending how bad it is it may not work. It will still drive as long as the leak isn't too bad. Just a few drops on cement driveway will expand to where it appears that a lot has leaked out. A catch pan can save the driveway until it is repaired.

just my two cents worth. depending on the trans pan dust cover desing, i have seen the pan leak into the dust cover making it appear that its the pump seal/gasket. remove the cover, spray it with brake clean and make sure its nice and dry, run it around a little bit just to bring it up to operating pressure/temp and then as it cools see if you can see where from. trans removal is the only course of action if it is the pump seal/gasket.

When the engine is running there is fluid running through the converter. When it is shut off all the fluid flows down and out the seal, probably the one between the tranny and the engine. FYI - you picked the worst vehicle for transmissions. The crystler minivans are notorious for bad transmissions.

When is the last time you had the seal replaced? If you can't remember, just change the seal and go from there. Cheaper to start there than to just let it go and have to replace the tranny.
