It depends on how well your inner ear is functioning. For most people though, it's about 10 times.

Aristotle and Plato were studying in Egypt and got into an argument about how many teeth a camel had. Plato who shared Pythagorus' philosophy in 'The Music of the Spheres', insisted that only a pure square would suffice and thus a camel had 36 teeth (6 x 6). Aristotle on the other hand held that 'less is more' and so the camel would be better served with 28 teeth.

Things were getting quite heated when an Egyptian happened by.
Aristotle, who hated violence called over the fellow who it was agreed would be more knowledgeable in the matter than either of the two Greek philosophers.

They explained the matter to him and asked him what his opinion was. The Egyptian looked pityingly at them and walked away without a word. The argument recommenced and was getting heated again when the Egyptian appeared and said 'thirty two', with great authority.

The two Greeks demanded to know by what philosophical process he had come to the answer.

'Philosophy be damned', he replied, I've just been round to the stable and counted 'em'.

This is one of those sort of questions - just do it!

Different for everyone. But the astronauts have training to reduce the disorientation, cos there isn't no gravity in space to comunicate with the inner ear. If you train the spins will become more and more!!!

What you need to do is play "dizzysticks" - what you do is down a beer, rotate ten times clockwise, run to a stick thirty feet away, down another beer, rotate ten times anti-clockwise, run back to original stick.
