If you can get hurt so can they. They need their rights too. Remember God made all of us not just humans.

No. Rights are for creatures who have the ability to think and decide. Humans have that ability but not animals. So they do not need rights.

The rights against animal abuse (if there are any) are still Human Rights. They are the rights of pet owners to keep their pets unharmed. They are not the rights of the animals themselves.

what country do you live in? in USA, there are animal rights! seems that animals have more rights/protection than our children.
