I can virtually guarantee that there is no word in the English language that can be made from these letters. Words that have a 'q' in them without a 'u' following are few and far between. Such words are normally proper nouns or they end with a 'q'.
I've even added a 'u' to the letters and still can't come up with just one word so there's very little chance of there being such a word without the 'u'.
