Both of them are great if u can but if u wanna choose between'em u gotta pick piano because its harder than guitar and when u learn something hard u can learn the easy thing faster.
by the way i play violin.

I love them both - for me, piano is personal, guitar is social.
I need both - but if I had to choose one:
Relaxation: Piano
Portabillity: Guitar
Range of music: Piano
Preference to play: Piano
Prefernce to listen: Piano
Socialability: Gutar
Coolness: Guitar
Ease to tune: Guitar
Cathartic pleasure: Piano
Comfort: Piano
Play the best: Piano
Feasibility on a dessert island: Guitar
Best look for an apartment: Piano
I could keep going - but Piano seems to be winning.
I guess it depends on why I'm choosing one over the other though!
If you want to learn one - I recommend start with piano - it gives you everything you need & more to then learn another instrument.

Piano-You can play virtually all device you understand. But piano is tougher to journey with. Guitar-women will most of the time like this. But you must song it virtually each and every week or extra. Its rather your desition. Me i've guitar now, i cant song my guitar even notion i've tuner. and the strings pops. I notion that piano is convenient. Caz you simply plug it in and play. I could check out piano and promote my guitar. Or now not. lol. so there are a few stuff or clues lol. well success!

Lol well.. it really depends
I did piano from the age of 3, till now (im 16) and i decided to change to guitar..
Guitar is more like compact.. and id like to see anyone try to fit a grand piano into their car
and, if you're a guy
girls completely dig guitar players <3

Guitar! When seeing Neil Young, I always feel a let down when he puts the guitar down and moves to the piano.

Umm...yes, they both exist...I'm not sure what the question is, but Guitar is more common than piano skills I believe. Everyone and their mother plays guitar but good people players are pretty rare.

piano for me. I've always loved the sound of the piano and singing ballads of love songs or christmas carols to the tunes... I even know how to play the piano a little bit...
