Time to find a divorce attorney.

First consider that he may have been in an accident and is unable to call you. Just to give him the benefit of the doubt. If he arrives home without an adequate explanation (which he DOES owe you), and/or if this kind of thing happens often, you have a serious problem in your relationship. A man who gets married but still tries to live the street life does not really want to be married.

ok this is what u do. give him time to get home give him time to explain if u feel as if he is not telling u the truth don't put him out wait until the next time when he say he is going fine out where he is going act as if u and one of yr friends is going somewhere make sure she is already at yr house. ok when he leaves look out the door to see which way he is going. then u get in a car and she gets in one then if u see he is not going where he say he is going call yr girl on her cell and her to come where u is get wait before u bust him and how long it take him to come out . call his cell and be like where did u say u was going see what answer he gives u then if he say something diferent what he told u let him know he is lying. do u know all his friends and where they live? if so if he say i'm going to ---- house ride by there and see if he is there. that's when u start catching him in his lies. then u start showing him that u don't are. don't go out and do something u is going to hate later on. because 2 wrongs don't make it right. if he keeps on leave him he will get his later.

i wonder what happened before he stayed out all night did yall have a disagreement? is his phone charged up? have you call his friends? does he drink? if he does, have you called the police department to see if a dui might have been giving. i would find out what happenend before any bags are packed. give him the benefit of the doubt. sit back and watch for signs of things.
see if he starts doing it on a regular bases. if he is doing anything wrong accidents will happen and you will know. but it might just be a car breaking down and no signal to get a hold of anyone. start with his explaination first if you dont believe him then start doing your own investigation

Do the same thing to him as he done to you. Visit a friend and turn off your cell phone. Make him wonder. Best thing to do to get your point across is give someone a dose of their own medicine. Good luck.

Without knowing your situation, it's hard to say. If this is not like him, I would be calling the hospitals. If this is an on going problem, marriage counseling might be good. I'm sorry your day has to start out this way, I wish you the best!

The smartest thing you can do is not be there when he gets home. Answer your cell phone the next day.

you didn't really ask a question. how come you didn't go out as well. even if it was to a friend's house? nothong sucks worse than waiting at home for your spouse. especially when they are out having a good time without you
