I don't know if you can generalize in this way, but perhaps women of this age (I am a little older than this!) feel "freer" sexually for several reasons:

If they no longer can get pregnant, that worry is removed from sex and they can enjoy it worry-free

they don't feel the need to "fake" it for the man, just enjoy it for themselves in an honest way

they don't need to "impress" a guy in terms of how sexy they feel or think he wants..they just are who they are, like it or not.

they know what turns them on and can help "make it happen" for themselves during sex with a guy, or on their own

they feel released from the so-called societal expectations of younger women: extreme thinness, unrealistic beauty, etc.

This isn't true. I read an article that said that women in this age range are only now expressing sexual desire because back when they were teens it wasn't the done thing. You only have to look at some of the questions younger girls are asking on here to know that they have sex drives too. Im in my 20s and have always had a high sex drive and no problme expressing it. I don't think it will get better as i get older, but pobably better due to certain stages in my life, e.g, a new man etc.

It is the general perception that women when reaching their 30's tend to have a greater desire for sex. Well it still boil down to each individual woman's sex drive. I would say that they have a greater desire for sex but not high sex drive. High or low sex drive depends on each individual. If a woman has a low sex drive when young, does it mean that when she hit her 30's, her sex drive will change to high? Well I don't think so.

wrong woman starts their high sex drive or overdrive usually from 26 onwards and it will continue to do so until about 35. This is also the time where their temper are the worst which is also the reason for the higher divorce rates now

Sexually active women generally reach their peak during their thirties, then it starts dropping, but very slowly. Many women are still sexually active into their seventies. Nobody knows why women reach their peak in their thirties, (as far as I know). Men reach their peak during their late twenties, for what it's worth.
