You need to compress it into a single file and send it andthe other person will have to download it and uncompress.
If you use Windows XP, then right click the folder and select "Send to" > "Compressed (zipped) folder. It will create a compressed file with the same folder name. Attach it in your email and send it.
If you use any other Windows then download the free version of winzip at www.winzip.com and Send to > Winzip. Rest is the same

hai friend,
if u are using windows xp, right click the folder, click send to zip folder. Your folder will be converted to a zip file without the help of winzip or winrar. u can use this compressed file to mail to others. they can unzip it very easily thru the same way.
with best regards..

Yes Zip and send is the answer, but please keep in mind the size of the folder, because if it is too big then prepare zip in smaller size, because you have to keep in mind about the person who will download the file.
I have found more information on how email works and how to troubleshoot email related problems at http://tinyurl.com/nnv9f

You need to zip all the files together - win rar - is good. Free software. zip files can be easily sent as attachments to mail messages.
