Why people don't like straight forward persons?

Question

I wonder why, I am not talking about rude people, but people who are generally respected being nice persons but straight talkers, are often stabbed behind their back. Why?????

for some people you ahve to answer them on their face onyl otherwise they take it as if they are free do do anything. So?

small brains have no concept of what it takes to be a straight forward type.
You have to be strong and not worry to do this.
So the small minded can not ever hope to acheive that level of humanity and gossip or backstab to feel better about themselves.

There is a social order to communication. Unless you are among close friends-and often even then-straightforward communication is a violation.
Often, when people ask how you liked the movie, they don't really want to hear. What they are really doing is patting themselves on the back for having good manners, by asking for your opinion, first. If you tell them what you thought of the movie, they will feel put out because they expected you to say something trivial and pass the conversation back to them.
Also, nobody cares about your opinion unless it's the same one they just gave you.

Straight talkers usually don't play political "games", don't get involved in petty gossip, and generally don't allow themselves to get dragged into situations where it may compromise their integrity.

Other people, being less evolved than they are, tend to use them as targets of their insecurities, shortcomings, and lack of upright character.

Straight talkers are scorned because they don't play office politics or choose sides in insignificant adolescent conflicts where social inadequacies are practiced and refined.

Straight talkers are the behind the scenes people that get the bulk of the work done as opposed to the lying, exaggerating, deceitful, back-stabbers that use society as a game board and wouldn't know the truth if if walked up and smacked them square in the face.

I would like to know the same thing. I am a very straight forward person because I like people to know what I am thinking. I'm not going to lie to someone for their own good because they end up hurt anyway. People just don't like this about other people because they are afraid that we'll expose the truth about them.

there's some the rationalization why ladies does no longer ask a guy out: a million. we may be too shy or too afraid of being rejected 2. We could properly be used to the guy asking us out 3. we do not want to look needy contained in the eyes of human beings 4. We could want to be certain an outstanding style of self assurance in a guy

Maybe the person thinks that they are not being rude but people interpret it as that. Sometimes its better just to keep your mouth shut because some people don't want to hear the truth or at least hear it from you.

basically people cant handle being told straight about their drawbacks, thats why they dont like straight forward persons. what people dont realise is that its better to be told something straight rather than having to hear from another source what a certain person may have said about them.
it says a lot about a person if they can take jokes, appreciation or criticism straight onto themselves.

They just don't know how to respond. Most people are amiable and cannot handle talking out loud what's on their mind so they just stare or mumble and walk away to do the talking behind your back. This is their nature.

Often times they are viewed as crass and unrefind. But more than this, they may be considered to be insensitive towards others feelings and views in out politically correct world today.
