Yes they will grow back. Except it will take longer for it to grow back since you took it from the root and dint shave it.

yup...after a while tho i think it grows back thinner. cuz i've heard of where pp would pluck out their eyebrows and eyelashes and they dont have any anymore after a long time.

why not ?? you need to kill the hair roots with laser treatment to prevent them from growing hairs again....plucking them not the answer....
