Hitler had all of his family history basically wiped out once he came to power. There'll always be speculation that he was descended from Jews one one side or the other. But it's mere speculation. That being said, the Nazis didn't make a lot of distinction between one's "jewishness" being descended from your mother or your father. They had various degrees of "jewishness". To prove one's aryan background you had to be able to trace it back like four or eight generations. I have the information somewhere around here but I can't remember. Hitler had his genealogy fabricated is what it amounts to. His family definitely would not have been welcomed by "true aryans".

As a side note, his nephew - William Hitler came to America in 1939 along with his mother and settled in New York. After the war he moved around a lot and married. He had three sons. He died in 1989 I believe. His sons are U.S. citizens and have changed their last name. They know their past and have a lawyer to protect their identity.

From what I have read Hitler's grandmother was a maid in a Jewish household and she had affair with one of her boss's son that lead to her being pregnant and giving birth to Hitler's father. So that doesn't really make Hitler Jewish since he was raised a Christian, and his mother was a Christian also. So Hitler is as far away from Judiasm as you can get.
As for the teachings of the Nazi movement being meaningless about the Jewish People being an inferior race of people. Will it doesn't make any difference if Hitler's modern day followers find out he has Jewish Blood or not. They would say it's a bunch of lies and they will want birth records and other proof and even if people gave them the proof of who Hitler's grandfather was anyways they would say it's a bunch of lies. See these people are so brain wash all ready what difference would this all make to them if Hitler has a Jewish grandfather or not. People are going to believe what they want to believe part of human nature, sorry to say that but it's true. If these people think Hitler is a great man so be it nothing you can do to change their minds.

It's a pity it's not true. Hitler's father was illegitimate and that lead to certain people trying to make out that Hitler's grandfather was Jewish.

If Hitler believed there was some truth in it, it might go a very small way to explaining why he was such a disgusting anti-semite and indeed, a disgusting human being.

However, even if it were true, fascists wouldn't believe it - the daft beggars would probably say it was just another jewish plot. Don't forget, these people aren't exactly known for their intelligence.

Hitler might have been 1/4 Jewish. There is no proof of it, but Hitler thought he might have been Jewish and it did haunt him. He was not a Rothschild. He grew up very poor. And why can't Jews be Fascists? Fascists are not necessarily anti-Semitic. As long as they weren't Nazi's they could be.

OK, for the record,,,,,,To be Jewish you have only a couple of ways of doing so:
1. Your mother must be Jewish ,,,,,it has nothing do with his father.
2. You convert and it is recognized by the Jewish Counsel of New York if you live in the USA.

Hitler's father was actually illegitimate, although it's popularly believed that the man who adopted him really was his biological father.

Here's a good starting point for your research :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schicklgruber

Good luck!
