I dont think it is cider
It is the advert for Irn-bru (non alcoholic soft drink - made in Scotland). The dancer is called Raul (he is a sleazy foreign looking bloke) and he starts dancing in a club saying hey ladies then they throw ice on the floor, he slips and splits his pants.
They did an advert before with the same guy in it except he was at a swimming pool. He tried to impress the same 2 ladies again but his trunks got caught on the diving board. Hilarious!!
I love when he says "hey ladies, look at Raul bouncing up and down" with his accent - really funny. Maybe if you do google search for Irn-bru you will find their website!
