Guilty as hell. Why else would no less that 17 witnesses tell the same story. Did they all invent it? If so how come they;ve not been charged with Perjury?
Had Sheridan been tried in any court outside of Scotland he would not have got off Scot free, he knows it, we know it. He's typical of most politicans, corrupt, seedy, and power mad, but also powerful enough to infuence and pay for an excellent Defence lawyer.

On the SSP's website they are saying that he isn't but it was Alan McCoombs I think that put up the minutes that were used so it would say that. The article up there sticks by the members who testified against him. Court says he is, I hope he is, I just don't want to see the party destroy itself over this
