well if she is just healthy and not fat at al then i think you can talk to her that the reallly thin girls look extremely weak and dont really look extremely good and that she is having the perfect proportions may be she would feel better that you appreciate her like that and that she is way better than those extreeme thinnies.

Im 17 and three months preggers. My family individuals took the information suprisingly nicely ! Im very excited yet i imagine being pregnant is scary no remember what. Well firstly it depends on how sensitive ur daughter is and what kind of relationship you 2 have. its seems to me that both of you are quite close, which probably means she respects u and ur opinion. Try approaching her one day with the situation n ask her if there has been any cause, but if it is like u said and there is no real cause or ur not sure if approaching her is the greatest idea, why not bring up the fact that YOU want to start a new exercise programme but need an exercise. ask her if shed like to be ur exercise buddy n then both of u can keep slim n trim without hurting anyones feelings. i hope what ive said has been of some use to u n goodluck.

If you are worried about her weight gain or worried for her then make up healthy meals for the whole family & stock up your cupboards with healthy snacks. This will incourage her to eat better & think about her weight.
Tell how beautiful she looks every day & how great she looks in her clothes. Another thing that might help (My sister was in the same situation) when she has styled her hair in a new way tell her it looks great & ask her if she can do the same thing to your hair.
It's a long shot but all the little things help. If you have a son or another daughter that tend to pick on her (My little brother used to say nasty things to me all the time & my sister called me fat!) Just ask them to be a little nicer to her.

actually i'm only thirteen...and i've also gone and actually still going throught that problem sometimes up to now. it's normal for us to fell that way especially if we are not contented on what we have, that's the way teens think these days. my friends would tell me: you're pretty enough and you're not chubby you're just right, come on feel good and cheer up" but still it's not enough i sstill feel the same...just always leave or say inspirational messages to her so whenever she's alone she could think over about everything you told her...tell her these: it's not like what it seems. i know that you are not contented with what you are right now, but we...your family and your friends were very happy for what you've been before and still happy and loves you for what you are today. don't feel bad just beleive in yourself. you have some unique characteristics that others don't have. try to seek what's good in you and sooner or later you'll feel better.if you need something or someone you can talk to, just call on me" that's all she needs a little motivation and awareness that you cares for her. that you supports her. what she needs now is understanding. look if she wants to loose some weight then support her with that. give her some diet tips and once in a while try to say good things about her like" oh you see you seems to be loosing some weight no" that would make her feel better. it would inspire her not to give up

One thing you could do to help is just ask her if she wants to go for a walk with you everyday. That would give you time to talk and bond, while at the same time get some exercise. Another thing would to maybe buy less junk food and pop. Good luck, it sounds like you are a great mom.

maybe you should trying to diet a little with her, go to the grocery store together,pick out some healthy foods, tryi to pick a time to walk together and this can also be time to bond and talk.or maybe join a gym if this is affordable for you,

hello!its gud to c that u care about ur daughter and her feelings too bcoz my mom doesnt.neways i thnk dont talk to her about it and just change her diet plan saying that u hav *** 2 know thru sum source that it has following uses and make her follow it.then slowly and steadily cm to the point and say that such a plan wud MAKE US HEALTHY AND FIT.

and don't ever buy the foods fat and eat it be side her it will hurt her.
if you can find a center for make diet do it ... it will courage her
