go back to your driver lic. office and have them issue you a new one if it's their fault it should be free as long as no one has tried to alter it

As you referred to it as your 'driving' license, I'm guessing that you're in the UK. Get a replacement from the DVLA. A replacement costs £19.00

you can go to the local DMV and they can print you a new license. It will cost the same as it did when you got yours, but it will still expire the same as the old one.

Call your insurance agent. I'm sure he has it since he runs your driving record when he renews your policy.
