Everyone hates me after i gave CPR to a dog who had been hit?
There was 13yrs old boy walking his Doberman dog accross the street (j-walking) when they were both stuck by a car. .
I am only trained in animal first aid,so I gave the dog CPR.I saved the dogs life.
here was 20 people standing around .At least one of them could have given first aid to the boy.unfortunatly the boy passed away.
I feel at least i save an innocent life.DO YOU THING I WAS WRONG

no... you did the right thing. At least one of the other people SHOULD'VE given first aid to the boy. Or at least called someone. You weren't trained in how to give the boy CPR, you could've killed him instead of helping. You saved an innocent life, you did everything you could. You should be proud, not ashamed.

No, you did the right thing.
You are right, at least ONE person could have helped the child. They don't hate you, it's guilt and embarrassment they feel for not helping the child or not knowing how to help the child.
Maybe they thought that if you could save the dog you could save the child too.
If anyone asks, let them know you only know animal first aid, but you wish you could have saved the child also.

I think, my friend, you are full of bull.
You are the man who's fiance wants you to have a vasectomy, yet at the same time, she lied to you about having a hysterectomy and is now pregnant. You want to get rid of the baby yet at the same time you are trying to reassure her that giving birth is better than a c-section.
You are 15, then 20, and your wife/fiance is a healthy 28...

There is a time and a place for dumb questions, and those dumb questions merit dumb answers - just look around, most of the stuff on here seems to be tongue in cheek...
What you are doing on the other hand, is preying on caring and genuinely helpful peoples emotions, and running them round with stories that are obviously c****.
I hope when you really are in need of support, people are not so sick of your **** that they still have the time of day for you...
