when i am at the beach i so a lot of sitting around and relaxing in my beach chair also talking to other people. while i am sitting i cross my legs at the knee and i sit that way for a long time (usually 1-3 hours.) this causes me to get a tan on one thigh and not the other. also after i uncross my legs, and stand up, there is a big red spot that appears on both of my legs. one a bove my knee and one below. if i walk around with that spot at the beach would people notice(it takes like 30-60 min to go away) would people even care. and what about the tan on one leg and not the other. crossing my legs is a habbit of mine and i dont always realize when i am doing it. what should i do please answer all my questions in this question please help!!!

Chang legs every 1/2 hour, about what people think its their problem not yours.

Tell someone that you're with at the beach your habit. That way when you are doing it then can remind you to sit with your legs straight so that you get an even tan. I do the same thing sometimes, but I end up catching myself. With someone else helping you and reminding you it might make yourself more aware of your habit.

for the red spot: just go in the water and rub it, it will go away. for the leg-crossing habit: keep something in between your legs like a glass or bottle of water and then when you try to cross your legs the bottle will be there to remind you not to do that!

You lay down straight on the sand so you won't cross your legs but put a picnic blanket on the sand before you lay down.
