Civil wars are between segments of people in a country divided by deep-rooted ideology, thinking and/or religion. America have grown way past the teething-pain period of country building; unless the southern belt states go Mexico way, Iraq is a certainty for civil wars when foreign troops pullout. Before that can happen it would wise to neutralize Iran first.

America already had a civil war, perhaps you've heard of it? it took place in the mid 1800's, the north and south were at war? Really? Not ringing any bells?

I doubt it. We already had one, there's no real big thing going on that'd actually cause a full-on fissure in this country waranting another cessession, or anything else that might lead to another Civil War.

Why would one precede the other? There is no logical reason to think that.
