Stair running. The steeper the stairs, the better.
Sumo squats. Stand with your legs farther apart than shoulder width. Point your toes outward. Hold onto a heavy weight with both hands, letting the weight hang straight down. Lower your torso until the weight is about to touch the ground then raise yourself up. Repeat.
Butt blasters. Put on leg weights. Get down on your hands and knees. Flex one butt cheek. While you are flexing that butt cheek, slowly bring your knee as close to your chest as you can. Then slowly bring your leg back, passing the original position, until your leg is pointing straight back, parallel to the floor. Repeat until you really feel tired/sore. Then work on the other cheek.
High steps. Put on leg weights. Find a sturdy chair. Chose your "leading" foot and step up onto the chair. As soon as your second foot touches the chair, step back down. Remember, the foot that you first step up with is the last to come back down. Do this until you just can't any more. Then it's time for your other foot to lead.
