Take the battery out. Wash the whole thing in distilled water from the fridge leak tray or an airconditioner water tray or buy some purified water for use in an electric iron. Do not use any cleaning agent, only distilled water, the object is to get all the tiny impurities away from the electronics. You should try to disassemble the phone as much as you can and wash every part in fresh distilled water, throwing away the used water in between. Dry everything thoroughly for a long time using a hair dryer. Assemble it all together again and try it. I think your battery will have gone but you may be able to borrow someone else's for the trial. If it works, invest in a new battery, if not, you've given it a good go and now have the opportunity to get a nice new shiny one.
I once went swimming in the sea wearing a digital watch, and got it working perfectly again doing something similar. Lester L

Sorry, there is nothing you can do. when water gets into a phone it starts the workings to rust and it cant be sorted. best thing to do is buy a new phone. on a positive note, the sim card should be fine so at least you wont loose your numbers

take it apart completely, battery, sim, cover, then dry it lightly using a hair dryer, even better if you can do it on a cool setting
