air and nothing else...well..may be a drop or two of water a day. LOL
Ok enough joking..
Losing 15 pounds in a week is not a reasonable thing to do...start with low fat high fibre diet and slowly decrease quantity of fat and increase exercising, but only up to a certain level dont over do anything. In 4 to 6 weeks your weight will decrease. Also drink lot of water and sleep 8 to 9 hrs a day.
Trying to lose 15 pounds in a week will only make you sick because body needs time to adapt to changes.Just take it slowly and smoothly.

don't lose that much weight at one time! that's way too fast!
but if you do want to lose a good amount and know how much you are going to lose, keep this in mind:
a pound is 3500 calories.
if you consume 500 calories less than you lose a day, then you will lose a pound a week.
if you don't like cabbage soup, then you probably won't stick with that diet for very long. and you will be miserable. so try a diet that will let you eat good food. the south beach diet, for example, makes you lose 2-8 pounds in two weeks. that's not as fast as you wanted, but if you exercise, it'll speed it up to some degree.

its very un healthy to lose 15 pounds in 1 week, the maximine weight you should lose in a week is 2 pounds for most people, but if you want to lose more you should go on the fruit diet where you can eat as much fruit as you want, also there is a new kind of machine thats located some places its called vibration training and that machine works really good.

No diet! that would be unsafe.

Aim for 1-2 pounds a week of real weight loss (depending on your needs, up to 52-104 pounds a year). Eat less, exercise more. When you intake, drink more water, eat more fiber. Keep those habits for lifetime.

Without some kind of pill or surgery, that seems impossible. The first week of a diet you should loes anywhere from 2-5 pounds.

It's not healthy to lose that much weight in a week. 1-2 pounds per week is safe and healthy. If you try to lose that much weight in a short period of time your body will go into starvation mode and won't let go of the weight. Do it healthfully and do it safely, by eating less and moving more. Step away from your computer and go for a walk. Good luck!

You may find this hard to beileve, but losing may just be the easiest part. Maintaing the weight loss and hold it there is the hardest. It takes commitment. Otherwise, it would be like the fate of many, the yo-yo diet.

15 pounds in one week? well, you could eat nothing but a box of laxatives every day...

5 is possible if you factor in water weight... i would say do a liquid fast drinking 10 glasses of water a day and 3 cups of fruit juice every day... you most likely won't have energy to exercise, but walk if you can...

of course i don't at all advise this, for many reasons, but also because it will mess with your metabolism...

You would have to burn a hell of a lot of calories to lose that much fat in one week. Most fad diets which help you lose weight fast just result in losing fluids, not fat. Be wary of this, because even if you do lose that much weight in 1 week, most of it will not be fat loss, and it will not stay off. (Losing fluids also implies dehydration, which is not healthy in itself.)

Most healthy weight loss plans aim to help participants lose 1 kilogram (2.2lb) per week through managed dieting plans and at least some physical activity.

nope wont be doing that unless you starve yrself and that would be dam silly now wouldn't it. by the end of the week you would be fainting with lack on nutrition. this weight loss program is fast but you will be eating so will take a little longer to lose the weight
