Sounds like restless leg syndrome, have you tried drinking lots of water during the day as it does help, go to the doctors because he should be able to advice you on other things you can do to help and hopefully both you and your fella will get a good nights sleep soon.

You have restless leg syndrome, or RLS. I was doing a search on it just now and that is how I got to this page. I have the same problem, when I am sitting at night or about to go to sleep, my legs get this odd sensation and the only thing I can do is make my legs cramp, I have to cramp my own legs to make it go away, and most of the time that dont work either. Try taking your foot and running it down the back of your opposite leg with pressure. Massaging and kneading the legs helps alot!! Hope this helps. Dont waste your time finding websites on RLS, there useless.

well pregnant women like me have it alot! am not saying you are pregnant.
it is called RESTLESS FOOT SYNDROME look it up you are sure to find out more on wikipedia search
here is a hint:
RLS (also commonly referred to as Jimmy Legs) may be described as uncontrollable urges to move the limbs in order to stop uncomfortable, painful or odd sensations in the body, most commonly in the legs. Moving the affected body part eliminates the sensation, providing temporary relief. The sensations and need to move may return immediately after ceasing movement, or at a later time. RLS may start at any age, including early childhood, and is a progressive disease for a certain percentage of sufferers, although it has been known for the symptoms to disappear permanently in some sufferers.

Sleep even with way is gentle for you. the advice to sleep on your left area changed into blow way out of percentage. dozing on your left area is stated even as dozing on a troublesome floor or there are multiples or if there is a few difficulty for the toddler's advance or issues of the placenta. for all and sundry else, only sleep whichever way is gentle for you. i could upload that in case you snore or are overweight, dozing on your area could have an benefit. some women human beings in those circumstances have undiagnosed sleep apnea, it truly is risky for you. if so, dozing on your area could properly be a better positive decision.

It's jumping leg syndrome. Try hanging them out the window. Don't forget to spray them with insect repellant.
