Are you kidding?? Help derived from sources on the internet. Chat rooms, Message boards, news groups, forums, FAQs.
Additional information.
Answer the response with the information requested. When someone is trying to talk you thru a problem only do what that person suggests. By making changes without direction orm the helper, it is had for the helper to give you accurate advise. Do not read something that is not there. Only do as instructed. Pretty basic.

It's just help, online - as opposed to a manual in hand. Most, if not all programs have a help button, usually on the top right of the page. If you word your question appropriately, you have a good chance of pulling up the help you need. You may have to try a couple times with different wording.
