There are many books that have been published on the subject and there are also many on line sites, including Yahoo Finance that give you technical indicators and explain how to use them.
Investors Business Daily does all the technical analysis for you and tells you which stocks are the hotest.
Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets: A Comprehensive Guide to Trading Methods and Applications by John J. Murphy is a comprehensive book on the subject.
There is even a Technical Analysis for Dummies.

The techical analysis needs to be combined with fundamentals to make a good trade.
