Its because a month or two ago, she allegedly, ordered a pizza and did not pay for it when it arrived. She got arrested by the police for obtaining property by deception and is now on police bail.
She can't go into the house because she is on bail and this means that on a given date, she will have to go back to the police station to find out what action, if any is going to be taken against her.

I don't know about legal reasons (I don't know who Bonnie is either), but moral reasons are, it is best to have the idiots in the Idiot House quarantined.
The owners of the property can actually refuse entrance to anyone and are entitled to use reasonable force (carpet bombing?? PLEEASE!!!) to keep that person out or remove the trespasser.

apparently in paper today it said she is been done for refusing to pay for ordered pizzas! or trying to get away with paying
