If you are newly married, you shouldn't need instructions. Mother Nature took care of that. Re: health, and I suppose you mean birth control, you should be seeing a OB/GYN regularly. If you haven't been, I suggest you do so ASAP. Bad things can happen to good people. Re: the net, I suggest www.webmd.com for starters. Centers for Disease Control, they have some good stuff. Not about disease, but about how to safely experiment with sex, since it seems you are new to that aspect of adult life.
By the way, why would your community's' views affect your sex life? Why would you feel your neighbors need to know what happens in you sex life?
