2 raptor x's question! will this work?

I know that a single rap.x will dish out 1.5gb/sec and if im playing a game it will do that. However if i get to rap.x's and make one master and one slave can i make the computer technically recognize them as just one 300gb and load games with 3gb/sec???

Hook them in a RAID, the computer should recognize them as one drive.
