IF YOU HAVE HAD UNPROTECTED SEX WITH SOMEONE THEN your pimples would be a symtom of a Sexually Transmitted Disease.
OTHERWISE, try to do hot compress. Don't rub. Just let the hot towel stay on your skin for sometime for several times. The hot steam will help open the pores and get rid of those puss. When taking a bath, use anti-bacterial soap. If your condition doesn't improve, then consult a dermatologist quickly.

This does sound like an ingrown hair where shaving or waxing causes the hair follicle to start regrowing in a bent shape and cause a spot. To avoid this make sure you exfoliate the area the day after hair removal. To help the spots go down dab some asprin mixed with water on the area. The hair will gradually grow and pop out naturally.

Like others say, herpes is a possibility. Or the ingrown hairs. Either way, do go to a doctor. You could need antibiotics and if its herpes or other STD, then you should find out so that you dont unwittingly pass it on and cause someone else all that discomfort.

well if you wax they could be ingrown hairs, these can appear like mosquito bites and are also tender wen pressed.
If you dont wax then I would go to your doctor or a clinic straight away, there might be more inside or underneath that you cant see and they could be something else.
Try to look as closely as possible, (use a magnifying glass if neceassery) and you will often be able to see the hair lying under the skin, DONT pluck it but try to tease it out with a pin, and then leave it alone.
