How much do you gain during your preiod? Not before, but during, on the first- or second day?

Sometimes I have put on as much as 2-5 lbs but it is water retention and I find that if I take an over the counter water pill then my body handles it much better.

I have gained as much as six pounds with water. Usually by the second day it is gone though.

I can gain as much as 6lb wen im due and the first few days all my pants are tight in the waist, i have measured it and it can get as much as 4inches bigger, but it goes down again by the third day
