You can't. The administrators will have disabled the ports needed for Yahoo. They do so for security and legal reasons. Any Yahoo message sent from the corporate computers while you are being paid to work there could be considered to be an "approved" communication fo the corporation and leave them liable to civil or criminal penalties. I have seen cases where companies are sued becasue of IM's. Plus it opens the company to virus and other attacks. It clogs bandwidth. And it is "theft" of the company's time as you are doing personal things on the clock. All could be grounds for dismissing you from your job.

You really do not want to try to get around the block on Yahoo and other IMs. It can even lead to criminal charges against you for hacking their system. I have seen this personally.

You can't. If your administrators want to block it and know what they're doing, you're screwed. They can block all traffic on the ports that Messenger uses.
