Instead of asking here go to some foreign embassies and get there any information about the job placement in their countries and apply for them..
Or try these web sites,... I am not sure those are really works or scam.. But you can search about them...

Hi, If you can get a Visit Visa thru your friends or relatives, Just come here and search for jobs. I am sure you will get good job than getting thru an agent.

A "mechanical engineer" 14 years in "marketing"? What a rubbish job you did....!! re-start with mechanical engineer....!!
