Diets aren't about eating less; they're about eating the right blend and right types of foods. Try to avoid overly processed foods, like stuff made from white flour (such as cakes, pastries, and white bread) and anything with hydrogenated oils. Stick to more natural foods like fruits, vegetables, unsalted nuts, whole grains, and lean meats. (This can be very difficult to do if your parents stock the kitchen with bad foods, but you can try to influence what they buy. You would be improving their health too.) Also, try to get a variety of foods rather than sticking to any one food group. Drink filtered water instead of soda or even juices to cut down on sugars while still getting your liquids. Furthermore, a diet is a lifestyle change, not a strict menu you go on for a week or a month. It's OK to eat something "bad" every once in a while, but don't make a habit of it.

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat a well balanced diet. Between 1200 & 1500 calories. And you are going to have to make time for exercise. If you don't the wieght will just keep coming back. I am a nurse I work 12 hour shifts, and have a husband and 3 kids. And I make time for exercise. To stay in shape. If I can do it so can you.
Good luck.

listen closely honey. first and most YOU CAN DO IT.
advice number
1- don't do crash diet because it only sets you up for faillure.
2- increase your level of activity, you can do it at home, try doing excercises when you watch tv, during the comercials.
3- lower the amount of food that you eat.
4- add fiber to your diet it will fill u up faster with out the high calories
5- always drink alot of water.
But the best advice that I can give is too develop some muscles in your body. muscle burns fat the whole day.
you can used five to ten pound weights you just have to do them alot.
This is what i recomend you can do it at home. Do Squats do about 60 squats a day, you can do 30 first and then the other thirty, a few minutes later. oh and add 5 squat for every week that passes by until you get to like 100 per day.
Do crunches, i'm sure you know what they are, the abs is one of the muscles in the body that you can work out every day because is the one that works the least in the body. you, can do the crunches in your bed, in the floor in a sofa just tightning your stomach should help. you should start with 3 sets of 30 cruches per day and add 5 per week after the first week it should be 3 sets of 35 crunches.
Do about 10 or 15 girl push ups per day. you it's a push up but your feet are going to be up in the air and you will used your knees to support your body.
for aerobics only do about 15 to 20 minutes worth. no more then that per day or every other day. it can be dancing but i recomend andy step aerobics they are hard after a while.
So basically, Lower your food intake (that's the food you eat). increase your level of activity as much as you can by level of activity i mean no sitting down and laying down all day. Do the exercise above they should help. and don't eat bread, pasta, pizza, cheese, ( you can but not everyday) so remember the more you eat the more you have to work out to burn it off.
And don't forget that muscle burn fat all day.

There only ONE way to do it. You have to watch WHAT you eat and get some exercise! Whatever you do, DON'T DIET! When I say don't diet, I mean don't just stop eating or skip meals, your body interprets that as hibernation and slows your metabolism down and then your body burns LESS CALORIES than if you ate normally.
What you have to do is turn your body into a fat burning machine! Here's a few tips:
PART 1. WATCH WHAT YOU EAT:You have to eat healthily
Eliminate useless foods such as white bread and anything with white flower it it, chips, soft drinks, chocolate bars, candy, anything from McDonalds, Burger King and other fast food joints (the possible execption to this is Subway, but NOT white bread!). Eliminate or drastically reduce anything with high sugar content such as ice cream, cake, etc...
Try to reduce on salty foods and foods with SATURATED FATS (look on the labels!).
You need energy, so you need carbohydrates (carbs), but you need to keep down on the starchy foods and high carb foods. Don't eat so many potatoes, don't eat too much rice.
You have to REPLACE all these foods with healthy foods, but that doesn't mean that you'll go hungry, you need to consume more fruits, veggies (not fried). If you're going to eat bread, make sure it's 100% whole wheat, if you're going to consume potatoes, make sure they're not fried (french fries), eat healthy yogurts, cereals, etc.
What I'm basically telling you is DO NOT DIET, CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS. A diet is TEMPORARY, when you finish dieting, you go back to the same eating habits that made you the way you are now, but changing your eating habits is a decision to change FOREVER.
PART 2: Ok, now you're putting the right fuel into the engine, let's get that engine ROLLING. It's just like a car, you can put the best quality gas in it, but if you don't run the engine, the tank will stay full. You need to get regular exercise that gets you into the cardio-vascular zone which only STARTS after 10 minutes of sustained effort. The ideal is to make a list of what you like to do or would like to do and to start off by doing one thing every second day and gradually making it once a day and then increasing the time per day. Here are a few activity suggestions:
Biking
Walking at a fast pace (don't jog for now if you're overweight, it can hurt your knees forever!).
Rollerblading
Swimming
Martial arts (lots of cardio activity there!)
...
Try to start with minimum 1/2 hour per 2 days then make it one hour per 2 days then add days until you're doing one hour 6 days a week.
One thing you should think of doing is to find some way to workout your abs on a regular basis, especially if you don't like going to a gym where they have the proper equipment. This is what will help tone your tummy as you're losing the weight. There are some good devices that help you do this - Purple Ab Roller is one of them (look on eBay) and you can set it up in your living room or bedroom and watch TV while you do this.
Let me finish off by telling you that THIS WORKS! I lost over 80 pounds and the 2 excercises that I do the most are biking and rollerblading - I bike about 1 1/2 hours every few days, but I go as fast as I possibly can - trying to beat my previous record every time. When I rollerblade, I do about the same time of sustained effort.
GOOD LUCK!

The best diet is to eat small portions of ONLY healthy foods. Everything you eat should provide good nutrition for your body - no food with "empty" calories. Make your portions smaller. You will lose weight - guaranteed. If you have to get up earlier to exercise, do it even if you hate it. Stick to a routine and don't make excuses for skipping it. Once the weight is right, keep it off by reminding yourself how awful it felt to be overweight and look in the mirror to appreciate the new, better-looking you! Good luck, hon!

OK time to think outside the box,
Diets don't work.
eat healthy food, no junk.
eat only at meal time no snacking , only drinking water, and lots of it in between meals. Get a water bottle and always carry it with you. Diet soda once in a while is ok too.
Get a tape recorder or burn a cd of what you need to study and pop it in a walkman so you can walk and study at the same time. It's only an hour out of your day, you can afford to take an hour off from the books without compromising your studies.
It is possible to walk and think at the same time.
If you walk 2 miles a day, every day, 7 days a week, and eat only healthy food at meal times the weight will come off.
I've lived my whole life battling my weight.
It is my one biggest challenge of my life.So I know how it is.
We are just made different and have to treat our bodies different from the skinnies out there. We are who we are, Love yourself and take care of yourself like you do.

you should try and make time for both, health and studies are both very important.
Even if it means just doing 10 sit ups before you go to bed at night or jog on the spot while your waiting for your bath to run.
It looks like your studies are taking up so much of your time, you dont have time for other things, even, walking short distances in stead or getting the bus, car or train into town or to the shops.
all of these things would help you to loose weight.
eating properly is also an impotant role, cut out fatty foods.
hope this helps xxx

the hardest step is admitting you need help. good work. now there are ways to lose weight. start forcing yourself to allow an hour everyday for exercize. if your grades take a hit, thats ok. classes can be retaken. you only have ONE body. start with walking, or something that increases your heartrate a little. gradually increase the regimen whenever you feel you can handle more. don't start too quickly.
you WILL gaini some weight at first. don't be discouraged. this extra weight will be some muscle mass that is growning. if you ride through it, you will begin to lose weight afterwards. good luck, and don't quit.

relax those are awkward years. Odds are you have an infatuation. yet i will presume you're rather in love. you have 2 concepts, muster adequate braveness purely flow communicate over together with her or, shop your thoughts to your self and enable time take its direction. in case you do communicate over together with her, any females first reaction is rejection till she has a weigh down on you. that doesn't look the certainty on your case. Thats ok. You dont ought to experience devastated. in case you somewhat love her, be continual. Dont annoy her or creep her out. Be very diffused or you will get crushed up. Dont flow by using filmi bullshit that actual love occurs as quickly as in an entire life in spite of. you have a protracted existence previous to you. you will meet advantageous females. Love can ensue lower back. no person will discover you appealing in case you're fat. Face the certainty. start up weight-reduction plan and exercising. Its no longer rocket technology. you're able to do it.
