That it is impossible. A sex operation involves turning a vagina into a penis using your tissues just to allow the person to have sex, but she could not change her genes or her internal organs. This means that your genetic gender can't be changed ever ever whatsoever. There is an American documentary, shocking and very interesting, about the case of a woman turned into man living with a man turned into woman, a couple, and she was dying from cervical cancer. You can trick humans but not Nature.
