Hi Hun! Here is a few things to keep in mind. Avoid negative sources, people, places, things an habits! Believe in yourself! Consider things from EVERY angle! Don't give in and don't give up! Enjoy life today, yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come! Family and Friends are hidden treasures. Seek them and enjoy their riches! Hang on to your dreams! In fact write them on paper and look at them often, to stay on tract! Ignore those who try to discourage you! Love yourself! Read, study, and learn about everything important in your life! Try to take out time everyday just to do something that is relaxing to you! Shower, hot bath, relaxing music reading or writing. Keep you dreams, hope and faith! You are very important and you have to take care of yourself no one can do it for you! Plan your Life and Plan everyday this will make it easier to relax! I hope I helped! Hugs! Von!

A good way to relieve stress is to lie down on a couch or bed and try to get a clear mind. Start thinking about something else. What I usually do is close my eyes and imagine that I'm on a beach. ...walking......the sand is hot on my feet, the sun is really hot, and you can go on and on with this. If you go back to thinking about what stressed you out in the first place...go back to the beach. After thinking about the beach try some breathing exercises. Breathe in.....hold it......breathe out.....as you are breathing out think to yourself .........relax..........next thing you'll know is that you are waking up and feel a lot better. Take a deep breath and clear your mind. Let it take flight to a place where nothing exists but things that make you feel good. Even if it is for just a moment. Also, choosing to surround yourself with people who are less excitable, choosing a job that is less stress free, creating a home environment that is supportive and loving..quiet. You must know what creates stress for you...simply remove stressers from your life. Good luck.

Learn to meditate, when you need to have a break, focus your attention on something else for a while, and the stress will depart.

try to breath deeply,it will ease u,keep ur mind and urself busy in different works,and try to think positively abot the stressing issue,think good and u ll be good,good luck

Do Yoga or deep breathing exersize,massage,romance,sex,chat,medicine,prayer,sports,meet friends.read.Divert your attention
