I would call your doctor and make an appointment, it could be many things. Thyroid problems do that as well.

Successful weight loss requires more lifestyle management besides restricting your caloric intake. Have you planned your meals around your sleep/wake/work cycles? What is the macronutrient breakdown of the 2k calories? (fats/protein/carb ratio)
Unfortunately, many people think that "diet pills" give you energy. That is incorrect, carbs and fats give you energy, stimulants excite the central nervous system (irritates) Overall, I would recommend that you review your lifestyle choices and properly hydrate (plenty of water..up to a gallon a day) work your eating habits around your actiivty levels, exercise wisely, sleep well. This will go a long way to helping to change your body composition, not necessarily just your weight. Good Luck, be sensible.

hi
I feel its always better to have a professional guide you on your calorie intake or have a good online guide such as this link which helped me a lot so check it out it might help you also .
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
good luck

take vitamins, drink lots of water, get plenty of rest.
do you know 3,500 is a pound so 2,000 calories isn't that much especially since it differentiates w/ activity level, height, and built. if your tryna loose weight bump up your cardio. I tried a restrictive diet in the past and all it leaves you is flabby not toned.
so its what you eat not how much and exercise and strength training. 2,500 isn't that much try that.

If you are losing more than 2 pounds a week, slow down a little and either increase your calories a little, or switch your carbs to something with a higher gycemic index that will burn slower throughout the day.

Maybe you are not eating the right kinds of foods. And you might be over doing the exercising. You could try an energy drink. I use Red Bull as a pick me up, and it is completely safe.

It could be that you are now actively doing things and your body needs time to adjust
.Also if you have been overweight for some time it may well be advisable to consult Medical practitioner
I had similar problems and found the tiredness was due to diabetes type 2.
I am not saying it is the answer but it would not hurt to explore all avenues.
Please take care

eat more. your body is not getting the fuel it needs. to lose weight safely, cut back on the non essentials, llike pop and fast food, candy bars and chips. go to one or two percent milk, skim is even better. you do get used to it. step up your activities to burn more calories. you can lose weight without sacrificing your energy. do you want to be tired and sluggish your whole life? if you teach your body to get used to minimum calories, you will have to stay with that just to maintain the weight loss.

Are you drinking enough water? Eat more fruits and veggies even if it means going over 2000 a little.
