At first I wanted to just say what a stupid question this is.. but since you're not supposed to "vent your frustrations, rant, make statements, or otherwise violate the question and answer format.." I'll answer the question.. Gosh I feel stupid.. When you're in some humid hot place.. Like the sauna... or Beijing during the summer... Ugh.

number of heart beat per second increases we feel hot bcoz when we work so does the heart beat increases.even during romance and sex,energy in the body manufactured from food is converted into heat.
