Hell yes! This is the MAIN reason these people aren't being sent home! The broad running the ACLU in Little Rock told the state(Arkansas)that if they trained state troopers to process and detain illegals that they should count on a wave of law suites and it worked in their favor! I am pissed off to no end with the ACLU and I am surprised they haven't been attacked like the abortion clinics and others by people that are crazy! If someone would it would be justified in my book!

There are lawyers on both sides.

The Heritage analysis that stopped the Senate Bill was written by a lawyer.

Besides, lawyers make more money the harder the laws are.

However, as I understand it, due to cultural differences, illegal immigrants tend to seek the help of notories.

In this country, the very idea is humerous, but in Mexico notaries are almost like attorneys and legally set up trusts and all sorts of things. There is a massive amount of fraud going on in this country against illegal immigrants, right now.

I smell protectionism and fear. Nationalism is not Patriotism and the two terms must never be confused. The U.S. has turned Nationalistic over this immigration debate. The word "Nazi" was an acronym---few people remember that anymore. National Socialism has replaced Republican Democracy in this country and it will lead to our downfall. We can't continue to bully the world. We must invent new ways to deal with the pressures of short supply and increasing demand for all goods and services. War is not a new idea. But War is where we are headed unless we adopt a view of ourselves as exporters of peace and prosperity to other parts of the world. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for all of his life.

Reported. You cannot insult other participants by name calling. How do you like being reported as you report others.
