In Bangalore there are a lot of fitness centers. May I know which area you are located in Bangalore, according to that I can suggest the fitness centres..

Regarding Astha channel and Yoga, That is good... But you should not some fact on Yoga too, Most of the Yoga Aasanas are passive or static stretches.. so you may loose the muscular strength ...

So, you have to combine Yoga and resitstance training, There you can reap enormous benefit to loose the weinght.

my dear there is nothing like yoga... see swami ramdevji maharaj on aastha channel at 8.15 to9.30 at night and buy Pranayam vcd, not only weight loss , you will be rally happy,mentally and physically... being in India u must b aware of yoga
