eat vegetarian style, semi vegan, nuts, fruits, salads, vegies, salads, drink lots of water, nutrition bars sometimes,whole grains. (with the occasional indulges of fcourse, but only when i crave it)
if i run 1-1.5 hours a week, 120 minutes of pilates a week, and 90 minutes of additional cardio a week. (ill be at school from 8am to 5 pm, then work after that so getting more excersize in is too hard)
of course i wont follow this exactly but im pretty sure ill stick close to it.
i want to start living a healthy lifestyle with a good diet and excersize. im 16 next summer im going to stay with my aunt in paris. shes a fasion designer so im thinking if i get skinny enough that could open doors for me wether its designing modeling or just owrking with a magazine. im already fit but do you think 115 is possible???????

wow, you got your own plan there. pretty good plan though. but you're only 16. you don't have to pressure your body to do that all at the same time. you're in the developing stage and you might neglect your body from foods that your body still needs. for example, it's kinda too early for you to get on semi-vegan style diet because at your age you still need protein to build up your body muscles and for your growth. you can just have the normal diet that every normal person have and the best way to make your body fit and toned is to excercise, and pilates is a good idea. although, simple exercises like running and walking would give you good benefits already. no need for complicated diets for your age. just have an active lifestyle. eat in moderation. rest. sleep. you'll get the weight you want.

This sounds more like a math problem than anything!
How in the world are we supposed to calculate what you're going to weight next year if................................ seriously!
You REALLY need to check with a doctor BEFORE you begin this self-inflicted diet! You're 16? You should not be assigning yourself a diet plan. You're not qualified and you have absolutely no idea what your body needs at this stage of your life! Talk to your mom and then talk to a doctor and/or a nutritionist (both of which you are not.)

You can lose 2 pounds or more a week but the secret is total CALORIES in each day.your plan is good but portion control is VITAL.
I lost over 110 pounds last year. NO DRUGS, no operation, only portion control and exercise.IT WAS NOT EASY...

ye but why are u trying 2 lose weight?! u ar eat healthy weight now... and if u lose it u find u boobs shrink.. possibly get saggy) and u lose alot of shape and more and more clebrityies arefinding curvy the new sexy so it isn't 4 health reson or looks then why? when u can eat what u wnt/do wt u wnt look and feel better and get a b/f faster.....
