It's not a woman's job to be both responsible for how she looks, and how you behave yourself. There are things called personal responsibility, and self control.

If a girl shows her boobs it doesn't mean she deserves to be raped. Girls get horny too, and most guys like being told that. Obviously girls can go over the top a bit, but you need to politely and nicely tell them that you like it a bit more subtle.
