Amazing! I opened just such a school this morning! We are predicting a 15 - 20 year course, with a 2% success rate. The cost will be $15,000 per month. Of course the government will cover it we are a division of Halibourton! [ Spelled wrong to avoid law suits !]

The course will take about 20 years. The grant application will of course take somewhat longer. I am currently seeking applicants. Just send a one-time application fee of $10,000 to this address:
