Start registry editor (Click on Run in the Start menu and type regedit.exe)
Search the key HKEY_LOCAL HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\DelegateFolders\
Go to the subkey
{59031a47-3f72-44a7-89c5-5595fe6b30ee}
clear this and restart the system
This determine to not show the shared documment in My computer
Before all this backup your registry

or if you want yo can use a program for tweak XPTweak

right click shared documents folder
select sharing and security
Under the network sharing and security, uncheck the "Share this folder on the network" checkbox
Click OK
You can delete it now.

If u are using WINDOWS XP then please goto start>help and support center.
Type in the search box as >Remove shared documents and folder.
U will get ur answer.

you simply delete the folder. furthermore, you can click on my network connections, right click on your existing connection, click properties, then uncheck file and printer sharing.

another method is to go to a shared folder, right click. select sharing and security. make sure the box "share on the network as" is unchecked.
