Aw, come on.
Everyone knows the answer to this one.
Get a good strong bucket. Metal is best. We don't want any cheap plastic rubbish.
Fill it with really, really heavy stuff.
Concrete, cement, stones, sand, whatever you can lay your hands on.
Of course you might have a little trouble getting the stuff in the bucket because you haven't got any elbows, but hey, what's the hurry? It's only an itch after all!
Okee Dokee - so you finally get it all in the bucket.
Now you get a long, strong rope.
Tie one end to the handle of the bucket - and the other end you throw over the beam that I forgot to tell you that you have to build across your living room.
Now tie that piece to the handle, after adjusting the length so that the bucket is hanging at head height.
You can guess the rest.
You swing the bucket as hard as you can.
Stand in the middle of the room and just before it's about to knock your head off - DUCK!
After a few more swings you will know exactly how low to duck so that the bucket just touches your scalp - thus scratching it for you.
Clever, huh?
Unfotunately, it has been known for some people to get a little cocky (people without elbows are well known for this) and don't duck down far enough - and get their head knocked off.
However, I have it on good authority that this will cure the itch once and for all.
Please leave your address so I know where to send my bill.
Good Morning.

Put velcro on the inside of your shirt. (The side that is scratchy)
When you need to scratch, just put on and off the shirt and you should get the job done.
